The VMCC (Vintage Motor Cycle Club)
John and I have been members of the VMCC for many years now and over these years we have been actively involved in supporting both our local North West Section and the VMCC Head Office at various events throughout the country. The VMCC is a great Club for anyone interested in preserving and riding motorcycles over 25 years of age; the Club actually celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2016.
“The Vintage Motor Cycle Club, has many thousands of members, united by a common appreciation of the engineering skills and vision of those who built the pioneer machines, has ensured that such machines are not preserved as lifeless exhibits in a museum, but are brought to life on frequent occasions in order that a new generation can marvel at the handiwork of the pioneers, and an older generation can once again view with nostalgia the machines they rode in days gone by.”
John and I will continue to support and promote the Club in any way that we can and we have therefore decided to include a specific section within our website devoted to the VMCC to provide our readers with the opportunity of finding our more about the Club.
To that extent we have published the latest information that we have with regard to the many Sections, their meeting places, when they meet, and, where available, the Sections website address.
We appreciate that things are constantly changing, so if you are an Official of any of the published VMCC Sections please feel free to contact us if any of your own Sections details change from those shown within our website and we shall amend them on your behalf.
